Endeavor House Ministries is a residential, Christ- centered transitional housing program designed to help men and women in recovery from alcohol and substance use disorder, many of whom are also homeless. This Ministry focuses on the love of Christ and His forgiveness to help participants sustain long time recovery. Abstinence from alcohol and drug use is necessary for recovery but it is not recovery in itself. Living in a drug and alcohol-free Christian environment will teach participants how to live a structured lifestyle without alcohol and drug use behaviors.
While living at Henry’s House (EHM for men) or Angie’s Place (EHM for women) participants will engage with a broad range of Endeavor House Partners who provide education, work force readiness and financial literacy. Residents grow in confidence, relationship with Christ, with a local Church of their choice and with the recovery community, so that when they graduate, they’re standing on a firm foundation!
The monthly cost to Endeavor House per resident is just under $850. This includes housing, food, transportation, laundry facilities, and programing costs. The cost to the residents is only $500 monthly. Endeavor House relies upon generous contributions from individuals like you, and grants from wonderful organizations like the Izzo Legacy Foundation to make up the difference.
