Todd Martin Youth Leadership (TMYL) empowers under-resourced youth in the Lansing area through year-round education, tennis, and leadership development programs. Founded by Lansing native and professional tennis player Todd Martin, TMYL provides safe and supportive spaces where young people grow academically, socially, and personally - equipped with the skills and confidence to succeed in school and beyond.

Our vision is a future where every participant is empowered to reach their full potential: excelling in education, prioritizing fitness and health, developing leadership and self-confidence, and gaining the financial literacy needed for lifelong stability.
